Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph1365 platform, including all games, promotions, financial transactions, and support services. By registering an account with ph1365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Philippine residents must meet PAGCOR's minimum age requirement of 21+ for all casino-style real-money gaming. Identity must be verified via KYC before withdrawals are processed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from use of the ph1365 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures available as a first step.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an account with ph1365, accessing the ph1365 platform, or depositing funds into a ph1365 account, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph1365 platform and close your account if one has been created.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by ph1365's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the ph1365 platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ph1365 and to engage in any form of real-money gambling on the platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. ph1365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or terminate any account where the age verification requirement is not met.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The ph1365 platform is intended for use by residents of and persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph1365 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ph1365 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph1365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.5 KYC Verification. ph1365 is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts before withdrawal requests are processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. ph1365 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph1365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify ph1365 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. ph1365 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph1365 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the ph1365 platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph1365 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at account closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following standard KYC checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph1365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are published on the ph1365 deposits page and are subject to change.
5.2 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes. Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval. VIP-tier withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours. ph1365 does not guarantee processing times in cases of payment provider downtime or force majeure events.
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. ph1365 operates in compliance with Philippine AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. ph1365 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML checks and may be required by law to report certain transactions to relevant authorities.
5.4 Currency. All ph1365 account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. ph1365 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by payment providers.
5.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. ph1365 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified ph1365 account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.
6.1 ph1365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. You must complete the full stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal request that includes Bonus Funds will be approved.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; (c) placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee outcomes; (d) exploiting mathematical loopholes in game rules in conjunction with bonus play.
6.4 ph1365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including cases where a promotion has been claimed but wagering requirements have not yet been completed.
7.1 All games available on the ph1365 platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting markets, online sabong, fish shooting games, and bingo — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the ph1365 platform use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and ph1365 does not manipulate or control individual game results.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, ph1365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed to the Player's account. ph1365 is not liable for any losses caused by technical faults.
7.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated software, bots, or AI to play games; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain; any conduct designed to circumvent the normal operation of the platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
8.1 ph1365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request self-exclusion from ph1365 at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or through the responsible gaming settings in their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ph1365 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. Circumventing self-exclusion by creating new accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. ph1365 employs strict age verification procedures. If ph1365 has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are not payable and real-money deposits will be returned to the deposit source where possible.

9.1 All content on the ph1365 platform — including but not limited to the ph1365 logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ph1365 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph1365 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph1365 content without prior written consent from ph1365.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling winnings resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
10.2 ph1365's total liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph1365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 ph1365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph1365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
11.2 By creating an account with ph1365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in).
12.1 ph1365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if ph1365 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) PAGCOR or another regulatory authority requires such action; or (d) maintaining the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ph1365.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, ph1365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.1 ph1365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of the ph1365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the ph1365 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and ph1365, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph1365's customer support and internal complaints procedure. If a dispute is not resolved at this stage, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for online gambling complaints.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
